Terms and Conditions

1.    This Promotion is a game of chance.

2.    The Promoter is AusCycling Limited (AC) ABN 70 644 149 351 of Level 5 South Tower, 459 Collins Street, Melbourne, Vic 3000.

3.    Entry into this Promotion is free and is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over (Eligible Entrant). The Promoter reserves the right to verify age and residency. Failure to provide such verification or particulars will invalidate the Entrant’s entry or the winner’s entitlement to the prize.

4.    The Promoter’s employees, their immediate families and all agencies associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter, claim or redeem prizes.

5.    Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these terms and conditions.

6.    By entering the Promotion, entrants accept these terms and conditions.

7.    The Promotion commences at 10:00am (AEST) on Tuesday 25 November 2025 and concludes at 10:00pm (AEST) on Sunday 4 January 2026 after which no further entries will be considered.

8.    To enter, Entrants must:

a.    Sign up to through the competition landing page

b.    Complete email address.

c.     Entrants may only enter once.

9.    There will only be one winning entry.

10.  The winning entry will be chosen on Monday 5 January 2026 at 10:00am at AusCycling HQ at Level 5 South Tower, 459 Collins Street, Melbourne, Vic 3000.

11.  The first valid entry randomly drawn will win the prize. The method of the draw will allow each entry a random and equal chance of being drawn.

12.  The Promoter’s decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and Entrants.

13.  The Winner will be notified on Monday 5 January 2026 by email using the details provided in their entry.

14.  The prize notification will include instructions as to how the Winner is to claim their prize.

15.  The prize consists of a Elite Road Race – Race Director Car Experience, 2 x Criterium VIP Tickets, 2 x Road Race VIP Tickets and 2 x Steadyrack Gran Fondo entries

16.  The prize is subject to availability.

17.  The prize is valued at approximately $1500.

18.  Any ancillary costs in connection with redeeming or enjoying the prize (such as costs associated with accommodation, travel, food and transfers) are not included in the prize, nor covered by the Promoter.

19.  The prize is non-transferable, with no cash alternative.

20.  The Promoter collects personal information about entrants in order to run the promotion and to comply with legal requirements about running this promotion.

21.  By entering the promotion, each Entrant consents to the promoter and Westbridge Funds Management using their personal information for future marketing and promotional purposes and for any other purposes described in these terms and conditions.
